Purchasing on-line
Making a purchase on-line could not be easier. Just browse our website using the categories at the top of the page and click the "Add to Cart" button below any item you wish to purchase. The contents of your shopping cart are displayed on the right hand side of the page. Quantities of items can be managed from the check out page. When you have finished shopping, simply click the “GO TO CHECKOUT” button at the bottom of your shopping cart. A new page will be displayed showing Checkout details. It will also ask you to fill in your contact and delivery details. Once all details have been filled in click the MAKE PURCHASE button. The next page will display payment options. You can pay for your items, by credit/debit card through PayPal. To pay by credit or debit card click on one of the card payment services and this will send to a secure payment page to enter your card details. Always check that your browser is displaying a "locked padlock icon" when a payment page is being displayed. This indicates that the payment page is secure. You will usually find the padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.
You can pay by MasterCard, Visa cards, credit / debit card payment. Your credit or debit card statement will display only a debit to Paypal.

Shipping And Handling
The following shipping costs will be charged no matter how big the order:
UK – £4.50
Europe – £6.50
Overseas – £8.50
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent secure method, all in plain packaging with no company logos.
With all orders placed over £50 shipping is completely FREE.
Delivery Schedule
Your order will be dispatched within 24 – 72 hours. On the rare occasions where a product is out of stock then we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will give you a full refund. Feel free to contact us with regard to your delivery.
Tax Charges
All orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using our secure server encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee and Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot replace any items once the sealed packaging has been opened unless there is a manufacturing fault. In the unlikely event of such a fault we will replace the item on a like for like basis, if returned within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or some other traceable method along with a copy of the purchase order. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own making. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Rubber
Please remember that all rubber comes to you in matt finish. To achieve the shine that you see on our garments in the photographs it has to be polished with a silicone based type of polish. A suitable polish is available in the Rubber category or you could actually use most proprietary furniture polishes.
Privacy Policy
121 Pleasure understands that complete privacy is expected and under no circumstances do we disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Discreet plain packaging is used for your order with no company logos etc. Your credit or debit card statement will display only a debit to Paypal.
